BBXX Terms & Conditions – Full terms governing membership and betting

Bbxx (https://bbxx.click) is an online betting and gaming platform offering Sports Betting, casino games, and live dealer games to members in Bangladesh. The Terms & Conditions set out on this page constitute an agreement between bbxx and its members.

By using the bbxx website or app, or by opening an account, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you should refrain from using bbxx.

These Terms & Conditions apply solely to the bbxx platform. Third-party services or external links associated with bbxx may be governed by their own separate terms.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• All information you provide must be accurate and complete.
• Each individual may only register one account — creating a second account under the same name, ID, email, or phone number is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple accounts accessed from the same device or IP address may be automatically detected.

Keep your username and password strictly confidential. Never share your login details with anyone. All activity carried out on an account — bets, deposits, withdrawals — is the sole responsibility of the account holder.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact bbxx Support immediately. Reporting it promptly helps limit any potential damage.

All bets placed on bbxx are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or modified. However, in specific circumstances — such as a match being cancelled or postponed — bbxx may, at its own discretion, void the bet and refund the original stake.

• If a match is cancelled, all related bets are voided and stakes are returned.
• Bbxx reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If one selection in an accumulator bet is voided, that selection is counted at odds of 1.00.
• Bbxx reserves the right to decline a bet in live betting until acceptance has been confirmed.

Bbxx sets maximum bet limits across various games and markets. These limits vary based on the game type, odds, and the member's VIP level — higher VIP tiers generally come with higher limits. bbxx reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

To make a deposit on bbxx, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2–5 minutes. If more than 15 minutes have passed, contact Support with proof of the transaction.

• Deposits made in a third party's name will not be accepted and will be returned.
• It is essential to include your correct User ID in the deposit reference or memo.
• Bbxx does not charge any processing fees on deposits.

Your account must have a completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the original deposit. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are typically processed within 3–15 minutes.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• If you withdraw while an active bonus wager is still incomplete, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bbxx reserves the right to delay or place a hold on withdrawals for reasonable cause.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual withdrawal requests.

All bbxx bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have accepted the applicable terms.

• No bonus may be withdrawn before its designated wagering requirements have been met.
• Every bonus has an expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• A member may not claim the same promotion more than once, unless the offer is designated as repeatable.
• If you withdraw while wagering requirements are still active, your bonus balance will be forfeited.

Bbxx closely monitors bonus abuse and fraudulent bonus activity. Anyone found using multiple accounts or a VPN to collect bonuses with the intent of exploiting the system will have their accounts and bonuses permanently cancelled.

Bbxx conducts a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to protect member security and prevent financial fraud. Completing KYC is mandatory before your first withdrawal.

• Bank statement or mobile banking transaction proof if required

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours. You will be notified by email or SMS once the process is complete. If your verification is rejected, you will be informed of the reason and given the opportunity to resubmit.

Bbxx may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Operating multiple accounts
• Registering with false information
• Bonus or Promotion Abuse
• Evidence of match-fixing or betting fraud
• Money Laundering or Illegal Financial Activity
• Registering under the age of 18

If an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided the closure was not due to fraudulent activity. If you disagree with the decision, you may appeal by writing to support@bbxx.click with full details.

Bbxx believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a guaranteed source of income. Encouraging members to play responsibly is a core part of bbxx's values.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set by you.
• Session Limits: Session time limits for continuous play can be set.
• Temporary Break: Accounts can be temporarily suspended for a period of 1–30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Long-term or permanent self-exclusion options are also available.
• Reality Check: Reminders are sent at regular intervals.
